Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 01/01/2026

Welcome to Venchant! By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), so please read them carefully. Venchant (“we”, “us”, or “our”) empowers creators to monetize their content, build a community, sell digital goods, and much more — all in one place.

1. Who Can Use Venchant

You must be at least 18 years old to use Venchant.

By using Venchant, you confirm that:

  • You’re legally allowed to enter into these Terms.
  • All information you provide is accurate and up to date.
  • You’ll comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Your Account

To access most features of Venchant, you’ll need to create an account. You’re responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior on the platform.

3. Creator Content

You retain ownership of all content you post on Venchant. That said, by posting, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content only as necessary to provide the platform’s services.

You agree not to upload or distribute content that is:

  • Illegal or promotes illegal activity.
  • Threatening, abusive, or harassing.
  • Pornographic or sexually explicit involving minors.
  • Violating intellectual property rights (unless you have permission).
  • Hate speech or content promoting discrimination.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules or is otherwise deemed harmful to the Venchant community.

4. Fees & Payments

Venchant allows you to monetize your content through subscriptions, digital goods, tips, services, and more. Here’s the breakdown:

  • We take a platform fee starting at just 5%, going as low as 1% for some creators.
  • Stripe and other payment processors may charge additional transaction fees.
  • Payouts are handled securely through your connected Stripe account.

You’re responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Don’t do stuff that would ruin it for everyone. Specifically, don’t:

  • Misrepresent yourself or your offerings.
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform.
  • Interfere with another user’s experience or content.
  • Use Venchant for money laundering, scams, or shady schemes.
  • Collect user data without consent.

Violation of these rules can result in suspension or permanent ban.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, code, designs, and features of the platform are the intellectual property of Venchant. Please don’t copy, clone, or redistribute the platform or its components.

You may not use Venchant’s trademarks or logos without prior written permission, unless it’s to promote your own Venchant page (which we encourage!).

7. Third-Party Services

Venchant integrates with third-party services like Stripe, PayPal, or Google. Your use of those services is subject to their own Terms of Service. We’re not liable for any issues that arise from those platforms, but we do our best to keep things smooth.

8. Termination

You’re free to leave anytime by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You breach these Terms.
  • You engage in behavior that harms the platform or community.
  • You don’t comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

If your account is terminated, we may remove your content and block your access, but you still retain ownership of your intellectual property.

9. Disclaimers

Venchant is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t make guarantees about uptime, performance, or that the platform is free of errors (though we work hard to keep it stellar). Use it at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venchant disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Venchant and its affiliates won’t be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
  • Claims arising from your use or inability to use the platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll let you know through the platform or by email. Continued use of Venchant means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
